CHANGES TO TIMETABLE FOR NOVEMBER 

Kindly note that the following changes will take effect immediately:

Tuesday 6pm Zumba Toning is no longer running

Wednesday 9.30pm Zumba GOLD is no longer running

Friday 7.30pm Zumba will be at the earlier time of 7pm from now on

ESSEX ZUMBRA CHRISTMAS PARTY 19TH DECEMBER! 

There are just 8 tickets left for this event, this is are third fund raising event and we hope to exceed our previous achievements and make £1500 for our designated charity – Walk The Walk.  This will be the perfect opportunity for us  to raise money for this charity and also celebrate the end of the year with some great people and a whole selection of Zumba routines!

When? Monday 19th December 2011

Where? Maldon Football Club

Time? Registration from 7pm, dancing from 7.30pm till late!

Cost? £10 per ticket

Dress Code: Festive Theme – please wear Red/Gold/Green/Tinsel etc.

Designated Charity : Walk the Walk (uniting against breast cancer)

Every person that buys a ticket for this event, can hand their ticket in on registration to be entered into our amazing FREE PRIZE DRAW, the lucky winner will receive gift vouchers to spend at Zumbawear UK

PLUS!!!!!

We are also running a competition on the night for the best customised bra! Walk the Work are well know for their Moonwalks when fund raisers wear bras and walk through the center of London, so we thought we would take this theme and encourage you to create your own bra for the evening! The prize for the best bra will be FREE ZUMBA CLASSES until Easter!!!!!!!

ESSEX ZUMBA BABES ARE IN TOWN ON 26TH & 27TH NOVEMBER

The Essex Zumba Babes will be appearing in Chelmsford over the weekend of the 26th and 27th of November. You can see us performing on Saturday 26th in front of Barclays Bank, helping to raise money for Farleigh Hospice.  We are then taking centre stage at High Chelmer on Sunday 27th with performances at midday and 2pm, for more details please click here!

Thank you to all my class members that had their classes cancelled last week due to my ongoing battle with the Essex Lurgy! Thank you for all your kind texts and for being so understanding. Hopefully I am now on the mend and will see you in class this week!

PARTY IN PINK – A FANTASTIC DAY!

A huge thank you to all the Essex Zumba Babes that joined Claire and myself to travel up to London to take part in the Party in Pink with Beto Perez! It was such an amazing experience and we had so much fun whilst raising money for a highly worthwhile charity.

HALF TERM CLASS CHANGES

Kindly note that Joani’s daytime classes will not run during half term but evening classes will be open as usual. Claire will be teaching all classes on timetable throughout the week – but do check with us for any last minute changes to class timings.

ESSEX ZUMBA CHRISTMAS PARTY!

Oh yes, it is nearly that time again! We are going to be holding a massive Christmas Party and the details are as follows:

DATE: Monday 19th December

VENUE: Maldon Football Club

TIME: Registration from 7pm – Dancing from 7.30pm

COST: £10 ticket entry only (all proceeds to charity)

THEME: Santas Helpers and fancy dress is compulsory

CHARITY: Our designated charity is www.walkthewalk.org

Tickets will go on sale from Monday 31st October on a first come first served basis. We really hope that you can join us for this party to end a spectacular year with some very special people and raise funds for another amazing charity.

PARTY IN PINK – SUNDAY 16TH OCTOBER

We are all very excited about the Zumbathon Party in Pink on Sunday 16th, when we will get the opportunity to dance in the company of Beto Perez, Wycleff Jean, and many other inspirational Zumba Fitness presenters.  Essex Zumba are travelling en mass by coach to the event and we hope to have some photos to post on the website next week.

IMPORTANT DATES FOR YOUR DIARY

As we draw towards Half Term there are some important dates for your diary below:

MONDAY 24th OCTOBER – NO DAYTIME CLASSES

WEDNESDAY 26th OCTOBER – NO DAYTIME CLASSES

FRIDAY 28TH OCTOBER – NO CLASSES RUNNING

Kindly note that all evening classes will be running as per timetable, it is only the daytime classes and Friday evening sessions that are affected.

CHRISTMAS DATES – ALREADY!!!

Yes, it is getting close and we thought it might be worth providing the class dates for the rest of this term.  Please note that the last regular class for 2011 will be Friday 16th December – HOWEVER – we have a mammoth Christmas Zumba Party in Maldon on Monday 19th December, so please mark this date in your diary and get ready to party with us and raise money for charity too!
