Class Update for W/C Mon 3rd Oct

WELL DONE ESSEX ZUMBA POSSE!

We are proud to confirm that in all our years of teaching fitness classes, this September has been our busiest EVER!  So a big THANK YOU goes out to all our regulars and our newcomers too.  The classes have been full of smiling, friendly people all enjoying the uplifting Zumba music and getting a thorough workout at the same time.  The Zumba for Beginners sessions have been extremely popular and continue to attract enquiries from people that are either unsure about keeping up with the pace or feel that they need more time to pick up the different moves.  At the end of the day it is important that you find the right class and the right pace for you, so if you are unsure please contact us or come and have a chat after class.

NEW TO ZUMBA?

If you are planning to attend a class with Essex Zumba you might like to read up on some basic information and frequently asked questions about how it works, you can download an information sheet with lots of tips and advice by clicking here.

FULLY BOOKED CLASSES?

If you attended a class the week before, we will automatically rebook you to attend this week (because the majority of class members do).  Please try to arrive promptly for class; when the class is catering for over 80 people it is very difficult to start on time if everyone arrives 5 minutes before the class begins. To avoid the queue try to arrive early whenever possible.  Please let us know if you can’t make class but still want a place, if we don’t hear from you after 2 weeks we will remove your details and offer your place to someone on waiting list.  It is also very important that we have a mobile phone number for you so we can keep you up to date with any cancellations or changes to your classes, this will avoid any wasted journeys etc.

AND LAST OF ALL

Keep up the good work ladies (and try to encourage some men to come along too).  I look forward to seeing you in class this week.

Class Update for Week Starting Mon 12th Sept

CLASS UPDATE FOR CLASSES STARTING MON 12TH SEPT

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who joined us for class during our first week back after the summer break.  I can confirm that we had our busiest “first week” EVER for September – what a fantastic way to start the Autumn Term! The feedback on the new routines that we have introduced this month has been 100 percent positive which is such great news to hear and the new timetable has also been received very positively by regular class members and newcomers alike.  For regular updates on the classes and what is going on at Essex Zumba, remember to ADD me on Face Book, you can view my profile by searching for Joani Zumba St Cliere!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR FRIDAY 16TH SEPTEMBER

I am attending the Zumba ZEST weekend at the end of this week and I am so excited because I hope to come back inspired and equipped with some moves, grooves, ideas and stylisations for my own classes.  Please note Friday morning classes will run as per timetable but the Friday night class 7.30pm at Essex Dance Chelmsford will not run for this one Friday night only – my sincere apologies for any disappointment this may cause.

    FULLY BOOKED OR BUSY CLASSES

If you come to a busy class please arrive as early as you can so that the ladies that sign in the class have enough time to register everyone before the class begins.  Where possible please try not to arrive at the last minute because it is highly likely that you will miss the start of the session.

Many of our classes are running at full capacity already, please help us to keep the system running so that it is fair for everyone.  If you attended a class last week you automatically have a place for the following week, if you cannot make this class but still need a place in future, please text me on 07787 512617, we will hold your place without charge as long as we hear from you.  If you have not attended a class for a while and have not been in touch we will have removed your details from the register to make room for someone else, and this may mean that there is no longer a space for you. Please check with me by text or email joanistcliere@ aol.com if you want to check if we have a space allocated for you.

    AND FINALLY…………..

Once again thank you for all your lovely comments and feedback, I really have THE BEST JOB and you are a pleasure to teach!

Keep Dancing – Keep Smiling – Love from Joani x

Many of our classes are looking busy for the first week of September, remember to help us keep a check on numbers and avoid over crowding by texting 07787 512617 in advance if you need to book a new class or cancel your existing booking.  And please remember that if you were in class in July before the summer closure then we will automatically allocate a place for you in the same class this term unless we hear differently from you.
